Terms of service
These terms govern your access to and use of FDA Drug Regulatory Intelligence (the "site"), which is operated by Fidamen. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here is the one in effect.
1. Regulatory information only — not medical advice
The site provides regulatory and administrative information about public FDA records. It does not offer medical advice. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, dosage, or therapeutic recommendations, and it does not tell you whether to start, stop, switch, or avoid any product. Nothing on the site is a substitute for the judgement of a qualified healthcare professional. For any health decision, consult an appropriate professional and rely on the official FDA source rather than on this index.
2. Accuracy, sources and "as is" basis
The site reproduces data from openFDA and official FDA datasets and links each record to its source. We do not warrant that the information is complete, current, or error-free. Upstream data can change, lag, or contain omissions, and our index reflects what was published at the time of ingestion. The site is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The authoritative record is always the official FDA source.
3. Acceptable use
You may read, link to, and reference the pages on this site. You agree not to use the site to break any law, to misrepresent the data or its source, to imply that the site or its operators are affiliated with or endorsed by the FDA, or to place an unreasonable automated load on the service. You may not present information from this site as medical guidance or as an official FDA statement.
4. Intellectual property and source attribution
The underlying records are public U.S. government data and are not owned by this project. The original written descriptions, page structure, code and presentation on the site are the property of the project and are provided for reference. When you reuse material from the site, attribute the underlying data to the FDA / openFDA source and do not remove the regulatory-information-only context that accompanies it.
5. Third-party links
The site links to external resources, including FDA and openFDA pages. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of third-party sites, and a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of any linked resource is governed by that resource's own terms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project and its maintainers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its information, including any decision made in reliance on it. Because the site is a non-commercial reference index, you use it at your own risk and remain responsible for verifying information against the official source.
7. Changes and contact
We may modify or discontinue any part of the site at any time. Questions about these terms can be directed to Fidamen at contact@fdadri.com (see also our About us page). These terms, together with our privacy policy, constitute the agreement governing your use of the site.
