Privacy policy
This page explains how FDA Drug Regulatory Intelligence (the "site"), operated by Fidamen, handles information when you visit. The short version: the site is a static, read-only reference index. It does not require an account, it does not ask you for personal information, and it does not sell or share personal data. This policy describes the limited, ordinary data handling that still occurs when any website is served over the internet. For the purposes of applicable data-protection law, Fidamen is the data controller for this site.
Information we do not collect
The site has no login, no user accounts, and no contact, comment, or subscription forms that store your data on our servers. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Where the site offers an action such as sending an enquiry, it does so by opening your own email client — you remain in control of whether and what to send, and that message goes directly to the recipient, not through a database we maintain.
Cookies
The site itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies. If any strictly functional storage is ever used, it is limited to what is necessary to display the page. Should an optional analytics provider be enabled in future (see below), it may set its own cookies or identifiers; that behaviour is governed by the provider's policy, and we keep such use to a minimum.
Analytics
The site includes optional, privacy-respecting analytics hooks that are disabled unless an analytics provider is explicitly configured by the operator. When no provider is configured, these hooks do nothing and no analytics data is sent. If analytics are enabled, they are used only in aggregate to understand which pages are useful — for example page views and referring pages — and not to identify you personally.
Hosting and server logs
The site is served by a third-party hosting provider. Like virtually all web hosts, the provider may automatically record standard technical request logs — such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamp — for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. This processing is performed by the host under its own privacy terms, and we do not combine those logs with any other information to identify you.
Third-party data and links
The records indexed here are public U.S. FDA data, and pages link to official FDA and openFDA resources. When you follow a link to an external site, that site's own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for how third parties handle your information.
Your rights
Because the site does not collect or store personal information about its visitors, there is normally no personal data for us to access, correct, or delete. If you have nonetheless sent us information directly (for example by email), you may ask us to access or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we will honour applicable requests to the extent any relevant data exists.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the site evolves; the version published here is the current one. If you have questions about privacy or wish to make a request, you can reach Fidamen at contact@fdadri.com (see also our About us page). See also our terms of service.
